Constructive Individuals is a practice based in York, UK, which provides a wide range of services based around the design of buildings and spaces. Established in 1985, the practice has been involved in a very wide variety of projects and has developed a range of skills which go well beyond most people's experience of architecture.

We have been involved in building design, community consultation, training, project management and have written guides and manuals for publication. We have worked with clients from five years old to retired.

Design of buildings is carried out using sophisticated 3D design software on computer, enabling us to very quickly develop realistic models of design proposals and to produce views of how design proposals will look and work.

Using this technology enables us to produce - often within a day or so of initial briefing or discussions with clients - realistic representations of buildings and spaces.

These can be used to produce photomontages, or walk-throughs, or simply to make buildings easier to understand and visualise than they are when merely shown as plans or elevations. Oh... and it can make the whole process more FUN for everyone too!
